In response to major second-half of the year agency growth, our team is expanding across all practice areas. In Q3, we were pleased to welcome the following individuals to our team:

Client Services

Tom Madden,  SVP – Client Services
Tom joins Olson 1to1 from YA Engage where he was responsible for the Sales, Client Services and Operations teams. He brings over 25 years of experience in travel, hospitality, financial services and other industries leading high performing teams and large and complex client loyalty implementations and integrations for clients like T-Mobile, ATT, Pepsi, DirecTV, Swissair, SAS Airlines, British Airways, Budget Rent a Car, IHG, Visa, American Express, MasterCard and many others. Previously, he spent time at Xmark and Carlson Marketing in the US, Canada and Europe.

Tom is the former Chair of the Minneapolis Board of Education and is a proud Badger from the University of Wisconsin at Madison.

Ken Seaton, VP – Client Services
Ken joins Olson 1to1 from YA Engage, where he managed the company’s largest and fastest growing industry vertical, subscription services. In this role, he was charged with applying YA Engage’s digital engagement offerings across key clients. Previously, Ken spent seven years in the consumer engagement and loyalty consulting space with InsightRidge, and 12 years at Carlson Marketing in the loyalty marketing practice focused on consumer and B-to-B loyalty solutions and business development. Ken has a plethora of experience creating customer-centric solutions that drive increased revenue and deeper engagement for Fortune 500 clients such as Activision, ATT/DirectTV, British Airways, Cox Communications, Hallmark,  

Tess Fellman, Senior Account Manager
Tess Fellman rejoins the Olson 1to1 team as a Senior Account Manager on the Luxottica account. Her most recent experience was on the client services team at Periscope, where she expanded her industry experience from travel and loyalty to financial services, cable television and retail. Tess received her bachelor's in Marketing from the University of St. Thomas.


Jeff Hagemeier, Senior Software Engineer
As a senior software engineer, Jeff will be working with the Amtrak team to support and enhance the Amtrak program. Prior to joining Olson 1to1, Jeff worked 20+ years at AIMIA on many of their large-scale loyalty programs.

Zoa Buske, Senior Software Engineer
Zoa joins Olson 1to1 from Target Corporation. She brings deep experience with Kafka and other new technologies to the Tally platform. Zoa received a Masters Degree in Software Engineering from the University of St Thomas.

Tamil Perumal, Senior Database Engineer
Tamil Arasu Perumal joined Olson 1to1 as a Senior DB Engineer with 18+ years of database experience and will be working with our Hyatt and Toys”R”Us teams. Previously, he worked for United Healthcare Global, Optum and Rust Consulting and handled many different database projects, refactoring and reengineering many programs and performance tuning databases for various clients. Tamil is an IRONMAN Triathlete and received a bachelors degree in Commerce from Annamalai University in India.

Animesh Banerjee, Solutions Architect
Animesh brings over 20 years of experience in software engineering across a broad spectrum of industries, including medical device, healthcare, retail, legal, banking and financial services, and insurance. He has designed, developed, and at times migrated enterprise grade solutions across these industries. Currently he serves as a solution architect for a 1to1 client team and is responsible for delivering desired client functionality.

Rupam Narang, QA Analyst
We’re excited to welcome back another boomerang employee, Rupam Narang, who has rejoined Olson 1to1’s QA team! Rupam will be supporting our Toys“R”Us team and previously supported our Amtrak and Hyatt teams.

Glenn Flekke, UI Developer
Making a smooth transition from contractor, Glenn joins the Olson 1to1 team with a keen interest and skills in email development, supporting the Wyndham team. This builds on his experience at Target, where he created a wide variety of UI projects for their intranet channels and meetings (and online video, too!).  Glenn has got two degrees from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities in communications and electrical engineering.

Project Management

Dylan Columb, Technical Project Manager
Dylan joins Olson 1to1 as the lead technical project manager on the Amtrak account. With over 5 years’ experience in the 1to1 space, Dylan is arriving from AIMIA, where he was responsible for leading technology enhancements and program launches for multiple key accounts.


Austin Gullixson, Art Director
Austin Gullixson is an art director with over a decade of experience at agencies large and small, working in the automotive, agriculture and retail categories. He enjoys solving problems and adding humor whenever he can. When he’s not cranking away on a tight deadline for a client, he enjoys chasing his three-year-old, Hattie, along the North Shore of Lake Superior. Austin loves living in Minneapolis and being inspired by all the amazing creative folks and the art scene that thrives here.

Dave Herwig, Production Designer
David Herwig has joined Olson 1to1 as a production designer for Citi and Best Buy. David has over 20 years of experience in the creative world, including time at Optum, Life Time Fitness, Broadhead and Latitude. He is a graduate of Bemidji State University.
